Mercy Health – Cincinnati
Developing a new Mercy Medical Office Building in Amberley Village at the intersection of Ronald Reagan Highway and Ridge Road. This 15,000 square foot state of the art facility will accommodate the relocation and expansion of Wyoming Primary Care.

Braxton Brewery Headquarter Building
Acquired a 20,000 square foot urban building in Covington Kentucky and renovated it into the new home for Braxton Brewery. In addition, the project delivered 10,000 square feet of loft office space.

Bob Sumerel Tire Centers
Developed build to suit commercial projects for this regional automobile service organization. Performed site selection and acquired sites, oversaw architectural plans/specifications, re-zoned sites, bid project to general contractors, secured construction financing and oversaw successful completion of projects.

Kids-r-Kids Child Care Centers
Developed build to suit commercial projects for this regional child care organization. Performed site selection and acquired sites, oversaw architectural plans/specifications, re-zoned sites, bid project to general contractors, secured construction financing and oversaw successful completion of projects.

Anderson Professional Center 
75,000SF Office Medical Development in Anderson Township, OH. Acquired 5 acre office parcel, re-zoned site, secured anchor tenant (Group Health Associates-38,000SF), established partnership and leased 75,000 square feet of office/medical space.

Schoppes Of Edgewood Retail 
Acquired four acre site, re-zoned property, provided site development and infrastructure and completed transactions with McDonald’s, Thornton’s and First Financial Bank.
 
Tylersville Office Condominiums 
Acquired 3 acre site, designed 35,000 square foot office campus, oversaw the successful development of the project including the sale of the individual office condominiums.
 
Grant Park Residential Development 
70 lot residential development. Assembled and acquired 30 acre parcel, secured TIF (tax increment financing) with the City of Dayton, KY, secured project financing, re-zoned site, established partnership with Henry Fischer Homes and oversaw development.
