Developed a new Christ Hospital Medical Office Building in Miami Township on State Route 28, Milford, OH. When complete, the new practice facility will have six full time providers on site, a pre-admissions testing lab, a physical therapy suite, Primary Care and a flexible specialty practice suite. The 15,000 square foot office will have a total of 24 exam rooms, treatment rooms and care coordination and clinical offices.
Developed a new Mercy Medical Office Building in Amberley Village at the intersection of Ronald Reagan Highway and Ridge Road. The new practice has six full time doctors on site, a phlebotomy lab and associated support spaces for staff and patients. The 15,000 square foot office has 20 exam rooms, a behavioral health exam room and a continuing care consultant exam room.
